How to calculate the cost of repetitive work

A simple way to turn weekly hours into annual capacity — without pretending the number is a guarantee.

01

Count combined hours

Ask how many hours the whole team spends on the work in a normal week. Multiply by 52. That is the annual time sitting inside the process.

02

Use a fully-loaded hourly cost

Include wages plus payroll costs or benefits if you know them. An estimate is fine. The aim is to see the capacity tied up in the work, not to produce an accounting statement.

03

Set the automation percentage yourself

Not all of the work will move. Choose a conservative share. Then compare the estimated capacity with a real AI Build Geeks option — an AI Employee, an AI Team, or a scoped automation.

Start with the work that keeps taking time.

You do not need a technical brief. Tell us what the team is spending hours on and we can show you the closest product or process.
