Incomplete enquiries
Someone writes “interested” and nothing else. Somebody still has to chase the basics before the conversation can start.
Lead Qualification
The Lead Qualification AI Employee collects the information needed to understand an enquiry, checks it against your approved qualification rules and routes the appropriate next step — while sending unclear or important cases to a person.
You define the questions and the rules. It does not make irreversible sales decisions on its own.

AI Lead Qualification
Lead Qualification is a configured AI Employee that gathers approved information and checks it against the qualification rules the business defines. Automated lead qualification here means turning an incomplete enquiry into a clearer next step — not inventing the criteria on its own.
It can review incoming enquiries, check them against your rules, send the right ones to your team, and keep the rest from cluttering the pipeline. It is not a generic AI agent and not a replacement for a salesperson.
Prospect research, outreach and follow-up belong to Sales Assistant. This role is for incoming enquiries and the first qualification pass.
The problem
Most small businesses treat the inbox as one list. The work of figuring out who is worth a conversation still falls on the owner.
Someone writes “interested” and nothing else. Somebody still has to chase the basics before the conversation can start.
The request may be outside your service, area or timing, but it still sits in the same pile as everyone else.
A useful enquiry arrives and waits while repetitive qualification questions are asked by hand.
What it does
The aim is simple: understand the enquiry, check it against your rules, and send the right people to the right next step.
01
A new enquiry comes in through an approved channel such as a website form or email.
02
The workflow checks what is already known and what still needs to be asked.
03
Only the questions the business has approved are used to gather answers.
04
Available answers are compared with the qualification criteria you defined.
05
The enquiry can move to the configured next step, or to a person when it is unclear or important.
Your rules
The role checks available answers against criteria approved by the business. It does not invent the ideal customer on its own. The labels below are generic examples, not a built-in industry checklist.
Whether the enquiry is asking for something the business actually offers.
Whether the request falls inside an approved area, when that is part of the rules.
Whether the requested timing is something the business can work with.
Whether enough answers are available to choose a next step at all.
Other business-specific criteria can be configured during implementation. The moving-enquiry visual on this page is an illustrative workflow, not a vertical product.
Missing information
The role works from information supplied by the enquiry, approved questions, configured qualification criteria, and connected information available to the workflow. It does not automatically verify whether an answer is true, and it does not enrich records from a private database.
If details are missing, it can ask the approved questions. If enough information still cannot be obtained, or the answer is unclear, the workflow can escalate or choose the approved outcome for that case. It does not continue an unrestricted conversation on its own.
Qualification vs scoring
Lead scoring automation, in search terms, often means assigning a priority number. This product is centered on qualification rules and outcomes. Qualification can prioritize the next step according to the rules you define.
From enquiry to next step
The same approved questions are asked, the answers are gathered, and a configured outcome is chosen. You still set the rules. The moving enquiry below is an illustrative record, not a customer.

Why it helps
The same approved questions and rules are applied to each enquiry, instead of being reinvented in every reply.
The basics can be collected through the configured workflow before a person has to sort the inbox.
Once enough information is available, the enquiry can move toward the outcome those rules allow.
When the rules are not clear or a lead looks important, the workflow can send it to a person.
You stay involved
It does not make irreversible sales decisions on its own. Human review remains appropriate when the rules are not clear, the enquiry looks important, required information is missing or ambiguous, or the case falls outside expected criteria.
It works from configured rules and questions, depends on the information supplied or available to it, and does not independently decide what a business’s ideal customer should be. Exact system connections depend on the implementation.
